Amy Gildner, PT, MSc PT
Registered Physiotherapist – Pelvic Health
Amy graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2013 and brings over a decade of experience in both orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy.
Amy's interest in pelvic physiotherapy peaked in 2014 after witnessing first-hand the challenges female athletes have with incontinence and other pelvic floor conditions. Since then, she has spent the bulk of her career in the treatment and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, with a particular focus on pre- and post-partum patients. She also has extensive experience in treating other pelvic health concerns including endometriosis, urinary frequency and urgency, prolapse, pelvic dysfunction arising with menopause, and chronic pelvic pain concerns. She uses manual therapy, exercise, and a patient-centric approach to maximize treatment efficacy for her patients.
